Why is your hair falling out after bleaching?

Hair bleaching is a very strong process.

The chemicals components on hair bleach, opens the cuticle, removes the natural pigmentation of your hair color, and also change the melanin molecule.

The ingredients in hair bleach are different depending on the manufacturer, but the most common chemicals are Ammonia, Sodium, Metasilicate, Potassium and Persulfate,

Hair bleaching and permanent hair dyes, can certainly damage the hair to a marked extent.

Bleach strips the hair of its own natural pigmentation leaving the hair shaft completely open and vulnerable to any and everything; in order for the permanent color to work, our hair cuticle have to be open our hair can become damage, no matter if you color your hair, darker or lighter. However, if you decide to use a permanent hair dye to color your hair, it is best to choose the darker shades because, the level of chemicals or bleach is lower in dark colors.

Bleaching your hair after a relaxer

You should Never bleach African American hair After relaxer chemicals has been applied.

Bleaching or dying your hair after a relaxer is not a good idea, specially if both procedures are done at the same time or too closely together. (never use bleach, hair peroxide, hair dyes, permanent hair dye, after a relaxer) this can certainly cause, severe scalp damage, thinning hair, and permanent hair loss or baldness, is best to treat your hair two to three weeks before a permanent hair color or bleach.

Bleaching your hair can be as damaging as relaxing; using both chemical treatments at the same time can damage the hair follicle, and cause severe hair loss.

Hair Rinse, Semi-permanent and temporary hair colors are better for our hair because, they usually deposit the color or dyes outside the hair shaft,  and the hair shaft isn't opened during the coloring process. Although sometimes small amount of peroxide is used and small pigments can penetrate inside the hair shaft.

Hair rise and some semi permanent hair colors don't usually contain any ammonia, and it will eventually fade after shampooing the hair several times, reveling again your natural hair color.

Remember, Applying strong chemicals to weak or unhealthy hair,  can cause serious hair and scalp damage. Seeking professional Help is our  best option.
